Q. What is the focus of your services?

A. We specialize in providing prompt, thorough, reliable and courteous pest control, insect extermination and lawn treatment services for apartment complexes, condo associations and other multi-unit dwellings, large acre properties, commercial buildings and individual residences in the South Florida counties of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. We also offer exclusion services which make buildings and other structures rodent- and insect-proof.

Q. What pests can be eliminated by your interior treatment and extermination programs?

A. For all one-time services, excluding termites, we will come back as many times as you may need with the 60 day warranty. If you are a current customer that has services set up with us, we will come out free of charge to take care of any issues you may be having. For termites, if you are still seeing termites in the same area that was serviced, we will come back as many times as is necessary within the one year warranty.

Q. What pests can be eliminated by your exterior lawn and ornamental protection programs?

A. ALL insect and mite pests on plants, shrubs, trees, or in the grass or ground are covered.

Q. What flexibility do you have with respect to treatment program service intervals?

A. Very flexible and customer need-oriented offering monthly, every other month, request only, annual, unit only, common areas only, interior, exterior, and every other imaginable service offered, all individually tailored to service your particular community, home, or business.

Q. Do I have to sign a yearly contract? 

A. No you don’t unless you request one. All our agreements can be cancelled by you at any time with 35 days written notice. This way we need to prove ourselves every day. Companies usually get lax once they know the person or community cannot cancel for a year.

Q. What if we still have bugs?

Q. How long has your company been in business?

A. Our company has been servicing the greater South Florida area since 1984. The owner, John Jacobsen, built this company himself from the ground up. With lots of dedication, hard work, and motivation, he has created a company that treats all customers and employees with the utmost respect and care. More than half of our technicians have been here for over 12 years— and we even have a handful that have been here for nearly 30 years!

Q. How can I make payment?

A. You can provide your technician with a check, cash, or money order at the time of service. You can also call our office to make a payment by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
