We use a liquid spray form of DSV, an EPA-approved virus-killing sterilizer. DSV stands for “Disinfectant – Sanitizer – Virucide”, and the formula is effective against COVID-19. It will kill the virus on sprayed surfaces.

What To Expect

During treatment, all high-touch common areas will be spot-treated where high-touch is expected. Our technician will maintain a six-foot distance from everyone on the property, wear a protective face shield, face mask, and gloves, and practice social distancing.

While people can be nearby during treatment, treated areas must be left to dry for at least ten minutes before use. The virucide solution has a mild, pleasant, and citric smell.
